Originally I learned to do this with Fortran on university mainframes, and have taken courses in the use of Basic, C++, Pascal and VBA. In addition to creating VBA modules in my recent work creating an Access database, I used VBA heavily to ‘cleanse’ data in some work I was involved with where address details needed to be cleared of errors so that address labels could be developed. I have gained a certificate in VBA programming at introductory level, but time restraints meant that I couldn’t gain the certificate for the next level up in that language.
