More details Here I would point to my recent experience as administrative support to the Tamar Sector team of Occupational Therapists, where I built a spreadsheet to enable information to be kept on referrals to, (first the Tamar team), and then to the 3 teams making up the Plymouth City Council Occupational Therapy teams. I gained experience in filling out various forms that were needed to be filled in for the clients, and used CareFirst. I talked to clients by phone about their cases, and usually - the delays that were being experienced. I also became aware of some of the statutory rules that has to be followed.
